FAQ / Answers
01
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Most projects start with a 2 to 3 week discovery phase in which we map processes and calculate the ROI. If we don't believe automation makes sense for you, we'll tell you openly. Ongoing support and optimisation are available, but never mandatory.
02
What happens if the automation doesn't deliver the projected ROI?
We measure results and continuously compare them against the projections. If a system doesn't perform as expected, we get to the root cause (team adoption, technical issues, process changes) and fix it. Our reputation depends on real results.
03
Can we adjust automated workflows ourselves?
That depends on the implementation. Your team can usually adjust no-code systems easily on their own. Custom-built systems require developer know-how. We document everything thoroughly and, on request, train your team to make their own adjustments.
04
How involved do we need to be during implementation?
Week 1 needs you the most (5 to 10 hours) for discovery and process mapping. Weeks 2 to 3 require just a few hours for the design review. In weeks 4 to 5 our team does most of the building. In week 6 you're back for training and go-live. Total time on your side: around 15 to 25 hours.
05
Do you also work with companies outside Switzerland?
Yes. Most of our clients are based in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, but we also work internationally. Communication happens in German or English, whichever suits you best.
06
What if the automation fails?
We build monitoring into every system and know immediately when something fails. Automatic retry mechanisms handle temporary errors. For critical systems we offer 24/7 monitoring and support. On top of that, we train your team to handle common issues.
